The location of the accommodation was excellent. It was easy to find and access the room. The room itself was functional, perfect for a short overnight stay. The contact person was very helpful and kind. The room was also very warm, and it was great that we could control the temperature by opening the window. The guest house was conveniently located near a ruin pub, which was a fun attraction. we had a pleasant experience.
We felt very welcome during our stay and had no reason to complain.

The price was affordable and the location was perfect, near the city center and points of interest. The code system for access was simple and convenient, and the staff was polite. The double bed room had enough space and there were clean towels delivered to our door every few days.
Felt like relaxing at home, nothing to complain about.

Superb location in the heart of Budapest, close to the city center and the Synagogue. Numerous grocery shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity. Helpful and polite staff at the reception, fluent in German. Lovely building with an impressive exterior. Easy check-in and check-out process with automated codes
Rooms are small with limited space. Basic amenities and furnishings, not luxurious.

Despite the terrible room, the location was good. It was in one of the best districts, which made it convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the room was also a positive aspect. It was clean and tidy, which is always important. However, these small positives couldn't make up for the overall negative experience at this hotel.
You have to call a local number and wait for someone to arrive, causing unnecessary stress and wasting time. It's a terrible system, and if you're late, they automatically blame you.
